We believe our values and we teach them

The photo below makes our hearts smile. Each year, our administrative team plans a retreat for all staff. At that retreat, staff participate in teambuilding exercises, refocus, and brainstorm new ways to teach and learn with the children who walk through our doors.

This year, the two LeafSpring Schools in San Antonio, TX – Cibolo Canyons and Sonterra – focused on the values we share and that are ingrained in our company. To see them being taught and celebrated truly shows the school’s commitment to them.
