Opening Your LeafSpring School
Step 1: Start the Conversation

Step 2: Meet our Team
During our introductory phase, you’ll meet with school owners, members of the corporate senior leadership team, and our CEO. At this time, we’ll discuss the specific submarkets where you’d like to operate.
Step 3: Receive the FDD
We will forward a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document to you. After you’ve reviewed it, we’ll discuss any questions and concerns you may have.
Step 4: Learn About LeafSpring Schools
Hear from the owners of LeafSpring Schools about their experiences. Meet with outside financial sources and advisors. Submit the necessary documentation, including personal financial statements and background checks, which will enable the execution of the Franchise Agreement.
Step 5: Select a Site
Engage in the site selection process. Collaborate with our corporate development team and local real estate professionals to identify the most attractive location.
Step 6: Join the LeafSpring School Family
- 119 hours of e-learning and classroom training
- 24 hours of on-the-job training
- 6 months of pre-opening support
- Ongoing support from our Support Center
