These Terms of Use (the “Terms” or “Terms of Use”) describe the rules that apply to LeafSpring Schools (“LeafSpring Schools,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) websites and online services (including, www.leafspringschools.com and websites for individual LeafSpring Schools linked to www.leafspringschools.com) (collectively, our “Services”). By accessing, downloading, using or browsing our Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or if you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services. Any use of our Services that is inconsistent with these Terms is deemed unauthorized access.

Limited Right to Use
In exchange for your agreement to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, LeafSpring Schools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, revocable right and license to download, access, and use the functionality of our Services. The rights to download and use the Services are licensed to you and are not being sold to you. You have no rights in our Services other than to use them in accordance with these Terms. LeafSpring Schools reserves the right to terminate your access to our Services at any time and for any or no reason.

You agree to use the Services only for the purposes for which we provide the Services, and in accordance with these Terms. You may not remove or alter any notices found on our Services, distribute, make derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Services. Your use of our Services is limited to personal and non-commercial use. You may access our Services from your personal devices solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. Otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, print, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or otherwise exploit our Services, or any content, products or services obtained through them.

Eligibility to Use Our Services
You must be 18 years of age to access or use our Services, or to create an account with us.

You represent and warrant that (1) you are not located in a country or region that is targeted for comprehensive trade sanctions by the US Government, (2) you will not access or use our Services from such a country or region, and (3) neither you nor any entities you own are designated on the US Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals or Blocked Persons List or otherwise a person who is barred from doing business with US persons or from receiving exports of goods or services from the US.

All trademarks, whether registered or not, including all logos and marks used in connection with our Services, are proprietary to LeafSpring Schools or licensed to us. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

User-Generated Content
Content shared with us or via our social media channels is subject to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our User Generated Content Terms and Conditions.

Account Information
Creating an account may be necessary to access certain features. Account information must be accurate. You are responsible for the security of your account. LeafSpring Schools is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

Termination of Usage
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. All terms that should survive termination (e.g., IP, liability, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

Availability of the Website
We strive to maintain accessibility to our Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or other reasons.

Accuracy of Information
We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of our Services. We may make corrections or changes at any time without notice.

Sweepstakes, Contests, Promotions, and Surveys
Any promotions by LeafSpring Schools will have separate rules in addition to these Terms. In case of conflict, the promotion-specific rules apply.

Our Services may link to third-party websites. LeafSpring Schools is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party sites.

Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LEAFSPRING SCHOOLS AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAFSPRING SCHOOLS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $250 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Dispute Resolution Terms
Disputes not resolved informally must go to mediation before any legal action. All disputes must be filed exclusively in courts located in Atlanta, Georgia. You waive the right to a jury trial and class actions. Claims must be brought within one year.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeafSpring Schools and its affiliates from any claims related to your use of the Services, violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

Assignment
LeafSpring Schools may assign its rights under these Terms. You may not assign yours without our prior written consent.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
