Rainbow Station is now

In January 2018, Rainbow Station changed its name and rebranded as LeafSpring School. We are still the Rainbow Station you have come to love, we just have a fresh new look that helps differentiate the one-of-a-kind care and education we provide each child.

Where kids have fun being kids

Camp Blue Sky is the perfect summer solution for working families, where kids can have fun just being kids. Children ages 4-13 get an age-appropriate Summer Camp program where they can learn and play as much as they want. Led by trained and committed counselors, our programs provide a carefully designed summer-long growth experience. Our campers will make new friends, learn to respect the strengths and differences of their peers, and, together with our staff, develop pride for their community and the leadership skills necessary for their personal success. Please check with your local school regarding the availability and programming of Camp Blue Sky in your area.

For Campers Age 4 and 5 who are Rising Kindergarteners: This division offers campers their first opportunity to discover the fun of a traditional summer camp. Our young campers will experience a modified version of the “big” camp in a safe and smaller setting. Activities are designed for the campers to work in groups and incorporate creative thinking, teamwork, and leadership.

For Campers Ages 5 and 6: This division will get a nurturing introduction into the world of Summer Camp. Activities will be designed to reinforce positive behaviors and capture the natural curiosity of children at this age.

For Campers Ages 7 to 9: This division will harness the energy and enthusiasm typical of campers this age and challenge each child to experience success. Team building is a priority for the activities planned for this division.

For Campers Ages 10 to 13: The senior division is for children 10 to 13. Recognizing that children this age need activities and time frames that depart from the traditional day camp setting, the senior division program is designed to foster independence. Activities include a wide variety of field trips, outreach opportunities and service to the community.

A Typical Day At Camp Blue Sky

Each day at Camp Blue Sky includes new excitement and experiences. Throughout the summer, daily themes, special events and field trips supplement the programs of each division. Each camp day is distinguished by a morning and afternoon program.

During our regular morning program, campers follow a structured rotation of activities. Examples of the activities included are Arts and Crafts, Ceramics, Science and Nature, Athletics, Teambuilding games, Robotics and Coding, Music and Drama, Swimming, Archery and Culinary Crafts.

The afternoon program is designed to allow campers to take part in planning a part of their own day. Each day, for each division, a variety of age appropriate and diverse activities are available. By design, campers will not know the options of activities planned for the afternoon until they arrive that day at Camp Blue Sky. Each morning, working with their counselors, the campers will make their specific choice for that day.

Check your location for additional specialty camps that may be available, such as Horseback Riding, Swim Lessons, Dance, Surf Camp, etc.
